Kendall Maddox volunteered for this years Regions Tradition Golf Tournament on Friday, May 15th and Saturday, May 16th as a walking scorer. The Regions Tradition Golf Tournament is the second major tournament for the Champions Tour this year. The Regions Tradition Golf Tournament will raise money this year to benefit the Children’s Hospital of Alabama.
Kendall has been involved in Birmingham’s golfing community for many years. He is happy he has been able to give back to the community by volunteering at this year’s tournament. Volunteer scoring positions are reserved for those who have demonstrated upstanding character and veracity, as well as an in depth knowledge of the official rules of the USGA. Kendall and his wife, Lorraine, completed a USGA workshop in Atlanta in February and passed an incredibly difficult exam to receive USGA handicap certification.
