Dimensional Funds Now Offered In Client Portfolios

offer its no load, index mutual funds for inclusion in his clients
portfolios. Dimensional Funds are available only to institutional
investors and a limited number of knowledgeable Registered Investment

Kendall Maddox Highlighted in Journal of Financial Planning
In the October 2005 issue of the Journal of Financial Planning,
Kendall was cited in the article “Finding Common Flaws in Estate
Plans.” In the article, Kendall shared some of the most common estate
planning mistakes he sees in his estate planning practice. Those noted
were lack of self-proving affidavit, revocable trust not funded or inadequately
funded and inadequate or nonexistent trustee powers.

Alzheimer’s Walk To Remember
Kendall W. Maddox
was a corporate sponsor of the 10th Annual Alzheimer's of Central Alabama's
"Walk to Remember" held on November 6th, 2004. Attorney, Jennifer
Griffin and Legal Assistant, Donna Hooper participated in the walk and
had a great time meeting numerous families and professionals who also
support the cause. Alzheimer's of Central Alabama (ACA) is a non-profit
organization and resource center serving Alzheimer's patients, caregivers
and professionals. The goal of the ACA is to support, educate and assist
with caregiver services and research.
